This quote illustrates my philosophy of dog training and behaviour. Far too many dog behaviour problems get brushed to the side with excuses instead of solutions.
Any dog behaviour & training issue can be improved upon if not rehabilitated when given the correct tools and knowledge and the handler is committed.
